PRODUCTS AND GOODS
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
For purchases involving downloadable digital content, a partial refund of 50% (minus a 5% Processing Fee) may be issued within 30 days, provided the product was not fully accessed in it’s entirety. No refunds are granted after 30 days.
VIRTUAL WORKSHOP PRODUCT
We want you to feel confident in your sign-up. If you change your mind, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If your request is received on or before the 30th day, we will issue a refund minus a 5% processing fee. After the 30th day, no refunds will be given.
- If you have already attended the workshop, your purchase will be considered used and non-refundable, unless the event did not meet the described expectations or standards.
- You may request to transfer ownership within 90 days from the date of purchase. If you change your mind, you are allowed to transfer ownership to someone you believe will benefit from it. Simply contact us and let us know who you’d like to transfer it to.
- You are entitled to attend any related workshop that is within 365 days of the date of purchase. After this time period of 365 days, access to unclaimed workshop attendance or account related benefits will automatically expire unless otherwise mentioned by special agreement.
