PRODUCTS AND GOODS

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

You have 7-days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If received on or before the 7th day, you will receive a full refund . If the request is received on or after the 8th day of purchase, no refund will be issued

VIRTUAL WORKSHOP PRODUCT

In some circumstances we offer risk-free refunds for the Online Workshop.

  1. To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your request is received on or before the 30th day, we will issue a refund minus a 5% processing fee. After the 30th day, no refunds will be given. Please note that attending the workshop automatically makes your purchase non-refundable.
  2. If the digital product that you purchased is downloadable, the refund only applies to 50% from the initial cost of purchase with minus a 5% processing fee.
  3. You may request to transfer ownership within 90 days from the date of purchase. If you change your mind, you are allowed to transfer ownership to someone you believe will benefit from it.
  4. You are allowed to attend any available related workshop within 365 days from the date of purchase. If your purchase is older than 365 days, your account will be automatically forfeited.
